The outdoor porch, furnished with a lounge area and dining table, is perfect for relaxing with a good book, sharing an aperitif at sunset, or enjoying dinners under a starry sky. Villa Soleil is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants to experience Le Marche region in complete freedom—between days at the beach, excursions to historic villages and plenty of delicious food. The property is completely fenced-in. The villa is on three levels. The entrance on the ground floor opens onto an open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a TV area with a sofa, with direct access to the outdoor porch furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table for al fresco meals. On the same floor, there are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds available on request) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where there is a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined upon request. The basement level with access to the outside features another open-plan area with a second kitchen, a large dining table and a TV area with sofa and double sofa bed, as well as a second bathroom with shower and washing machine.
