With an exceptional location, you’ll have supermarkets, restaurants, banks, convenience stores, and more just 5 minutes away. The property follows a fair usage policy for electricity consumption. The reservation includes 20 kWh per day; any additional usage will be charged in accordance with the house rules. As the property is located in a tropical environment, there may occasionally be mosquitoes, ants, or local wildlife in outdoor areas, as well as humidity levels typical of the region. For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning, fans, and insect spray.
