Cozy apartment in the heart of Saxon Switzerland 🌲🚲 Our lovingly furnished apartment in Rosenthal-Bielatal offers space for 2 to 4 people on approx. 40 m² - ideal for couples, small families, active vacationers or as a business trip accommodation. In 2025, we completely renovated our apartment. The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home, which is located in the idyllic Rosenthal-Bielatal. The space 🛏️ Sleeping possibilities: A cozy king-size bed ensures a good night's sleep in the bedroom. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking and enjoying – perfect for a breakfast before the hike or a relaxing dinner at home. 🖼Living room: In the bright living room there is a cozy dining area, a comfortable sofa bed (1-2 people), a rocking chair with a reading corner and a modern TV with access to various streaming services (included) and satellite TV. After an active day in nature, this area invites you to relax, watch movies or eat together. 🚿 Bath: Modern shower room with toilet, everything clean and functional. 🚲 Ideal for cyclists: In the vestibule, bicycles & e-bikes can be safely parked and charged directly at the existing sockets – a real plus for active guests! 🌿 Enjoy outside: An outdoor seating area and barbecue are available – perfect for warm summer evenings in a quiet location. Other things to note The municipality charges a tourist tax, which is not applicable plus the nightly rate. For adults, €2.50 per night and for children over 7 years €1.80 per night must be paid on site. For this, you will receive a guest card to park free of charge in selected parking spaces in the village and to use the offer of public transport free of charge.
