Spacious, Rural Summer House.

This comfortable, spacious Summer House, nestled in a lush garden and entirely separate to the main property, provides the perfect base for visiting Warwickshire's iconic attractions. We are just 6 miles from Stratford Upon Avon and the RSC, 3 miles from the Roman town of Alcester and the stunning Cotswolds are within easy reach. You have private use of the Summer House's furnished verandah and are welcome to sit and enjoy our extensive garden and use the BBQ. PLEASE NOTE there is NOT a kitchen The space Our open plan summer house is set up as a ‘guest suite plus’ There is a kettle for making yourself tea, a toaster, a mini fridge and a microwave so you can bring pre prepared food along and heat it up but we don’t have a kitchen. There isn’t a traditional TV but we have full fibre internet and the house is set up with a wired connection to its own router. So the connection is very solid and good for streaming should you want to bring your laptop or tablet. There is also a BBQ which guests are welcome to use. There’s ample plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and cutlery in there too but if you need anything else just ask. The bed is a very comfy king size and the large corner sofa is great for lounging around on. As mentioned in the listing, you have private use of the veranda but as our garden stretches to around an acre and a half , there are plenty of quiet spots to settle down and enjoy. Guest access When you arrive we recommend you go up to the end of our driveway and turn to the right. There is ample space to park but if you can put your car into the spot right behind the summer house that gives us plenty of room to get in and out too. To gain entrance you need to walk back the way you drove and go left between the barn and our patio. Once inside you see that there is a mezzanine floor to one end of the building which is closed off as it used for storage. Other things to note Please note, the bathroom is actually a ‘wet room’ which makes accessing the shower completely step free. The central heating operates via a very reliable thermostat so you simply set the temperature you want, as you want it. You’ll also find some notes along with our own recommendations for local eateries and pubs.
