Stylishly decorated with a comfy sofa which converts into a double bed for the ultimate Netflix movie evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good size fridge freezer, a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee machines. The bathroom is also located on this floor and although this is a small space, it includes a shower, basin, heated towel rail and toilet. Upstairs you’ll find a large comfy bedroom with a king size sleigh bed, loads of space to relax and unwind and storage for your clothes and suitcases. Claileons Rest is located on a quiet road that leads straight onto the South Downs Way where often you find more walkers and horse riders than there are cars. This is a peaceful space and a place to relax, explore and take in the countryside of the beautiful South Downs National Park. Great for dog walks, hiking and mountain biking. Guest access You can conveniently check in and out using the lockbox located outside by the front door. Drive up and park right outside the property on your own private driveway. The gates will be open and once you’ve driven in, shut them behind you and lock them to prevent them from swinging back open and drop the ground bolt. Other things to note This is a newly refurbished contemporary style home submerged in the heart of a famous village. “The Rest” is a separate detached living space, next door to our main house, with its own entrance, large front private garden and drive. The outside living space is totally private and secured with 24 hour Ring camera monitoring with plenty of room to park your car. This is also South facing and drenched in sunshine all day. The large patio in the front garden has some outside dinning and lounging space, a BBQ which doubles up as a firepit and a wood fired hot tub to relax, reset and recuperate in. This is a real hidden gem in a famous village in Sussex located up a very quiet lane in the middle of The South Downs National Park, where more walkers and horses pass the property than cars.
