Welcome to our house located in an idyllic setting, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The house offers a friendly and warm atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious grounds include a swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days, a petanque court for lively games and relaxing moments in the sun. Enjoy the garden to relax or organize outdoor barbecues. The space Our house is located in a small village where you will find a bakery and a tobacco/press. You will find the beautiful Christmas markets of Montbéliard, Belfort and those of Alsace not far away. Parking in the property and electric charging stations nearby (10 min). The Space: Single-storey house of 125 m2 fully renovated on 25 acres of land. It consists of a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, hood, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator freezer, coffee machine, raclette machine, crepe party). 4 Bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: a master suite (bathtub + sink) with a 160X200 bed, - Bedroom 2: convertible into 140X190 - Bedroom 3: two 90 x 200 bunk beds - bedroom 4: one 70 X 160 child bed A bathroom with walk-in shower + 2 sinks and 1 separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. When you leave, the garbage cans must be disposed of in the bins provided outside and the dishwasher emptied. ⚠️We offer optional bed linen: €15 for a double bed and €10 for a single bed. ⚠️ Bed linen IS OFFERED from 7 NIGHTS. ️Towels are not provided. ️ Heating with a wood-burning stove. Electricity: We invite our guests to consume responsibly. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as its exteriors (swimming pool, petanque court, swing...) Other things to note Non-smoking house. Parties are forbidden. The house does not allow pets.
