River, beach, sauna, kayaks - "Beach Retreat"

Relax on a private beach next to a picturesque cottage on a crystal clear river in the buffer zone of an old forest! Only an hour's drive from Warsaw! Private sauna and ice swimming in the river! Spend time with your family and be active: - go kayaking (available to guests without a time limit) on the clean river - Wkra, - go on a bike trip along one of the designated routes, - go fishing by the river :) - go for a walk in the woods in search of mushrooms or wild animals The space A paradise for children! On the plot: - a toboggan for downhill rides - a large trampoline (4.8 m) - inflatable pool - swings and slide, - organic fruits and nuts and plenty of space for running and sports, playing ball, - safe access to the river for children - with a fence and a gate with a key. The house consists of an open space downstairs (living room with kitchen) and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Guest access Available: - beach - 2 kayaks - 2 barbecue grills - sauna - fire pit - 3-meter outdoor table with benches - for children - playground (zip line, trampoline, swings, ...) - bicycles Other things to note Quiet meetings with friends are possible, but parties with loud music and a lot of alcohol are not welcome. Due to the access to the river, you should ALWAYS be careful when entering the water and when kayaking. After drinking alcohol, do not enter the water or use kayaks. Please do not leave children alone on the beach - children can only stay by the river under adult supervision. The playground is intended for children only. The zip line, swings and trampoline may not be able to withstand the weight of an adult. We ask adults not to use the playground. Always be careful when lighting a fire (the fire can only be lit in a designated place) and when lighting a grill and burning in the fireplace. A monitoring system is installed on the plot. It is designed to protect the property from uninvited guests while no one is there, so it can be turned off when guests arrive.
