Surround yourself with style in this comfortable and convenient place to stay if you are visiting the Chilterns or require quick and easy access to London just 5 minutes walk to the station. Maybe you are on business or visiting family/friends? Guests will be sharing our newly built bungalow with 2 recent retirees and 3 cats. You will stay in our guest room with en-suite shower room, a SMART tv with freeview, WiFi and minifridge. Parking for a car is available and we are 3 miles from j18 of M25 The space Situated in a desirable residential road just 5 minutes walk from Chalfont and Latimer station, we offer our guest bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. It's not large but has a super comfortable king size Hypnos bed with some hanging space and some drawer space for your clothes but please note that some of the furniture has our possessions in there too. We can offer parking space for 1 car and you can use the kitchen to prepare drinks and snacks in the microwave, toaster or kettle but we ask that you eat in the dining area as we do not allow food in the bedroom. We provide complimentary teas, coffee, dairy milk, yoghurt and fruit. The trains to London, Amersham, Chesham, Aylesbury and stations between run regularly (every 15 minutes to London Baker St via the Metropolitan line and every 30 minutes to Marylebone on the Chiltern line) and we are 5 minutes walk from the Chess Valley Way. Little Chalfont is an attractive village, a 7 minute walk, with about 20 shops and restaurants and a pub. Please note that our indoor cats rule the household and their safety is paramount. Guest access You will have sole use of our guest bedroom and en-suite shower room. You may use the kitchen/dining room to prepare drinks and snacks in the kettle, toaster and microwave but we ask that all food is consumed in the dining area. You will not have access to the rest of the house. During your stay I'm happy to interact or leave you to enjoy your privacy in the bedroom. We are very happy to share our knowledge of the local area and can offer suggestions of local pubs, restaurants, walks and places to visit. Other things to note You will be staying in our home so we expect it to be treated with care and respect. We request that outdoor shoes are removed on entry and left in the entrance hall. We do not accept children under 12 or infants. We request that you meet friends and family elsewhere. Pets are not allowed as our 3 cats would not welcome them.
