In other words, from the gate to the back garden, it is entirely yours to enjoy. There are no shared facilities with other guests, making it ideal for private use with family or friends. Other things to note Electric vehicle charging point: There is a Type 2 charging point, 10A, on the property. Charging is included free of charge for guests. Fast chargers are available in Villaviciosa. Ground floor and accessibility: Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the ground floor, with no thresholds on the floor. This makes the house ideal for guests with reduced mobility or young children. Swimming pool: The 8 × 4 m swimming pool is heated all year round thanks to the heat pump system. Location and access: Only around 8 minutes by car to Playa de Merón beach. The starting point of the “Ruta de los Molinos” is very close by.
