Our vacation apartment, with approximately 75 m² of living space over 1 floor, can accommodate 1–4 people on the second floor, with direct access to the garden. The cozy living room with sofa and flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The space The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. Freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee filter leave nothing to be desired. You can enjoy your meals or breakfast in the separate dining area, which has a nice corner bench. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. A lovely children's room with a bunk bed for 2 kids and a single bed for an additional adult ensures a relaxing night's sleep. A travel cot can also be provided for toddlers. The spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the overall picture and provides a place to relax. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for cleaning your clothes. Especially in summer you can spend relaxing barbecues in our garden. Please note that no pets are allowed. The Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house can be used free of charge. Unfortunately, the shower cannot be used until around mid-June due to a renovation project, but the bathtub is available for use instead. This minor detail shouldn't stand in the way of their booking. Our apartment has been run by the family in Natterholz since 2025 and is proud of its tradition and hospitality. The holiday apartment is located in the upper part of the house, with direct access to the garden. Our apartment is accessible via the stairwell or across the garden. The apartment / accommodation has 6 cozy rooms that are modernly equipped and at the same time reflect the charm of the region. We want every guest to feel at home with us – whether for a short stay or a longer vacation. The holiday home is located in a particularly quiet yet central location, ideal for relaxation and discovery tours. It is located in Natterholz, "in the middle of the countryside", "only a few minutes from the city center of Monheim or also from Donauwörth". Thanks to the perfect connection, you can both enjoy the tranquility of nature and quickly reach all the main sights and leisure opportunities of the region. In the surroundings of our accommodation in Donauwörth or Nördlingen you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes that offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. A variety of sights and excursion destinations are available for discovering the region – from picturesque hiking trails and cycling routes to historical sights to cool outdoor swimming pools in Tagmersheim or Monheim. Specially recommendable are the city of Donauwörth or Nördlingen or Harburg Castle as well as the beautiful bike rides in the Altmühltal or in the Monheimer Alb. Whether you want to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights, with us you will find the right thing for every taste. The rustic décor of the vacation rental creates a charming atmosphere for your vacation. In our living room, you can enjoy a quiet evening watching TV or playing games, or you can end the day on the beautiful terrace or in the garden. They can safely store your bikes or bikes. The Wi-Fi is included in the apartment for you. No parties are allowed due to the quiet location.
