Our vacation apartment, with approximately 75 m² of living space over 1 floor, can accommodate 1–4 people on the second floor, with direct access to the garden. The cozy living room with sofa and flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The space The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee filter leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy your meals or breakfast in the separate dining area with a beautiful corner bench. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. A nice kids room with a bunk bed for 2 kids and a single bed for another adult ensures relaxed sleep. A travel cot can also be provided for toddlers. The spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the overall picture and is used for relaxation. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for cleaning your clothes. Especially in summer, you can spend relaxed barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that no pets are allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking spot in front of the house free of charge. Our apartment has been run by the family in Natterholz since 2025, and they are proud of their tradition and hospitality. The vacation apartment is located in the upper part of the house, with direct access to the garden. Our apartment is accessible via the stairwell or via the garden. The apartment / accommodation has 6 cozy rooms that are modernly furnished while reflecting the charm of the region. We want every guest to feel at home with us – whether for a short stay or a longer vacation. The vacation rental is located in a particularly quiet yet central location, ideal for relaxation and exploration. It is located in Natterholz, "surrounded by greenery," "only minutes from the town center of Monheim or also from Donauwörth." Thanks to the perfect location, you can both enjoy the tranquility of nature and quickly reach all the important sights and leisure opportunities in the region. In the vicinity of our accommodation in Donauwörth or Nördlingen, you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes that offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are a variety of attractions and excursion destinations available for you to discover the region – from picturesque hiking trails and cycling routes to historical sights and cool outdoor swimming pools in Tagmersheim or Monheim. Particularly recommended are the city of Donauwörth or Nördlingen or Harburg Castle, as well as the beautiful bike tours in the Altmühl Valley or in the Monheimer Alb. Whether you want to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights, with us you will find something for every taste. The rustic decor of the vacation apartment offers a charming atmosphere for your vacation. In our living room, you can enjoy a quiet evening watching TV or playing games, or you can also end the day on the beautiful terrace or in the garden. You can safely store your bicycles or bikes. WiFi is included for you in the apartment. No parties are allowed due to the quiet location.
