Welcome to Une Belle Histoire, an enchanting holiday home that can accommodate up to 12 people. From this centrally located accommodation, everything your family needs is within easy reach. Soak up the culture in the many bastide villages, marché gourmandes, markets and rural vistas. Located on the River Lot, along which runs a ‘voie verte’ accessible from the garden. Ideal for walks and bike rides. Shops, bakeries, etc. are nearby in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, and the village is 1.5 km away. The space There are 4 bedrooms 2 bedrooms with 180x200cm beds 1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed + sofa bed 140cmx200cm + sofa bed for a child 1 bedroom with 140cmx200cm bed + 1 x 90cmx200cm bed 1 x baby bed There are three bathrooms with toilets and showers. One bathroom also has a bathtub. 1 spacious and fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hobs with built-in extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave oven, convection oven and a spacious American fridge with filtered water, ice cubes and crushed ice. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, Plancha plate for teppan-yaki, etc. The terrace has a lounge area with parasols and sun loungers. You can cool off in the built-in swimming pool, measuring 8.5m x 4.5m, which comes with an air mattress and toys for the children. Enjoy cosy outdoor dining at the outdoor table with 12 comfortable chairs. A washing machine is also available. The holiday home is situated on a 1-hectare plot with access to the walking and cycling path along the River Lot at the rear of the garden. There are no neighbours nearby apart from the new cemetery, but they are very quiet. From the terrace, you have a view of the adjacent cornfield and the garden sloping down to the River Lot. The D911 motorway, which provides access to the house, can be heard but is not disturbing from the terrace. There are 6 bicycles, including 2 ladies' bicycles, which you are welcome to use. We’ve also laid out a pétanque court. And there’s a Kamado barbecue. Guest access The entire house and grounds are private and for your and your guests' use only. Other things to note Our property has recently been renovated. We have installed a pellet stove indoors and electric heaters in all rooms, so it’s a cosy place to spend time with family or friends during the winter months.
