The Barn, Blackthorn

Rural location on the edge of Billingshurst. Less than 10 minutes walk from the mainline train station. Our tranquil annex in a quiet location perfect for exploring this part of Sussex, from the Knepp Wildland or Goodwood Estate. The barn is an annex to our family home which is conveniently located in over half an acre on the edge of the village. The space On the ground floor is the kitchen, with an open plan living and dining room, and shower room/WC. The kitchen has a range of newly fitted untis, with a sink, dishwasher, oven and hob, plus a free-standing fridge/freezer. The Living area has a dining table to seat 4, two double sofas and TV. On the first floor is a large single bedroom with a king sized double bed, and a single bed, to suit an adult. We have a trundle bed so it can fit fit 2 kids, but please enquire first. The property is a converted barn next to our home. We have a detached house on the edge of the village of Billingshurst. Outside we have a large gravel driveway providing plenty of parking, and surrounding garden. The house is located down a long track off the public highway. Guest access The Barn is self contained living accommodation, with independent access. We will be your neighbours and we will greet all arrivals and be on hand should you have any queries. Other things to note Our family home is located on the south side of Billingshurst bordering the countryside with lovely local walks and easy access to the village amenities. Our house is shared with our two dogs and cat. We have a large private garden and are happy for guests to enjoy the front garden to sit outside and relax when the weather allows.
