Attic apartment in the center of Litomyšl

The apartment is located in a conservation area literally a few steps from Smetana Square, the bus station is a 5-minute walk away. We try to offer our guests everything we ourselves appreciate when traveling to have a pleasant time. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine including capsules, a Hario dripper with filters and a grinder. Bottled water, tea, sugar are available... If necessary, the washing machine and dryer are at the host's place. Parking nearby - paid and free parking, we will always advise. The space The apartment is located in the attic of a family house in which we live. Guest access Shared corridors and staircases are accessible. The apartment has an area of about 47 m2. The bathroom is private and accessible only from the rented apartment. Other things to note In addition to a 160 cm wide bed with a pocket mattress for guests, the apartment has 2 extra beds. Although it has a sofa bed, we prefer to place two full-size 90×200 cm mattresses on the floor for better guest sleep. We can accommodate pets by prior arrangement, for a cleaning fee of CZK 300–500.
