The space The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, waffle maker, and more, includes a comfortable seating area and is perfect for enjoying long, leisurely cooking evenings. The open-plan living room, connected to the kitchen by a sliding door, invites guests to relax in a cozy atmosphere and enjoy long movie or game nights. A selection of games, books, and DVDs is available for guests. The Smart TV has internet access, allowing guests to connect their own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts. The lovingly furnished bedroom, which was completely renovated in November 2022, features a large double bed (180 × 200 cm), an oversized hypoallergenic duvet (also suitable for vegans), and a large wardrobe. The apartment is completed by the fully renovated bathroom, renovated in early 2021, featuring a walk-in shower that is also suitable for wheelchair users, as well as a toilet. Upon arrival, guests will find a selection of complimentary toiletries. Towels in various sizes and toilet paper are also provided free of charge. Guest access Nearby the flat you can find a golf place and the city centre of Wasserburg am Inn. As mentioned before you can take the train to Rosenheim, Munich or Salzburg which are really nice cities. Especially Munich during Octoberfest time is worth a visit. Also you can go to the famous Chiemsee (lake), where you can go for a walk but also swim. Another nice sight there is the Castle at Herrenchiemsee. If you are into sports: Go hiking and climbing in the nearby alps! After such exciting days you are probably hungry: Near the apartment you can find many restaurants and super markets.
