L'Etoile de Mer is a recently constructed, detached 5 bedroomed house with its own heated swimming pool. It is ideally located between town and beach with both being within walking or cycling distance or a short drive. The space This Architect designed house has been arranged to maximise the south facing plot and has a large shaded porch as well as ample sunbathing terraces around the pool. The rear garden is sandy and wooded and is very private. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and one has an en suite with level access shower which is particularly suitable for limited mobility. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, one has an ensuite shower room. From the first floor there is also access to an upper terrace and small area of woodland at the front of the house. This is a great place to catch the last sun, in the evening. Guest access La Tranche sur Mer is a cyclist's paradise. It is mostly level and there are well-marked cycle paths around town, up to the beach and further along the coast. There are beautiful walking trails in the forest which can be reached directly from the house In July and August there is a free shuttle bus between the town and the beaches, which stops nearby. There is car parking for three or four cars in the driveway and additional visitor parking nearby.
