Whether you're looking for a business layover or to discover our region, you'll be welcome in our quiet and relaxing accommodation 😌 The space 40 m² studio located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5-minute walk from the center of Genilac Upon entering, you will find a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and all cooking utensils). An ideal dining area for 4 people. In the middle of the studio is the living room with its sofa bed, followed by the bedroom area, which is nicely separated by a screen. A nice bathroom with a shower area and toilet. Guest access The accommodation is located on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. You have the entire studio available. Other things to note Located halfway between Saint-Étienne and Lyon, access to the highway takes less than 10 minutes. Close to the Saint-Martin-la-Plaine Zoo (10-minute drive), which you can also reach on foot thanks to the many nearby walking paths.
