Independent studio in the heart of the Naumad estate, surrounded by nature. Access to outdoor areas, terraces, swimming pool depending on the season and large wooded garden. On-site parking. 1h30 from Paris by train or 2h by car. A place dedicated to tranquility, nature stays and cultural experiences. Activities, classes and events possible depending on the schedule. Guest access Guest access By car: 160 km and less than 2 hours from Paris. By train: 1 hour 10 minutes from Bercy station + 30 minutes by taxi from Nogent-sur-Vernisson station. Other nearby stations: Montargis, Joigny. For electric vehicles, a terminal is located near the Champignelles Town Hall. Self check-in, the entrance is via a lockbox. During your stay Like all beautiful projects, Naumad takes time to build and flourish. However, we are committed to bringing the place to life throughout its evolution. And we do everything to develop Naumad into a unique, friendly and welcoming place, but we don't exclude a few oversights or imperfections. *All your constructive comments will be welcome* The essentials are provided to start your stay (oil, spices, coffee, toilet paper...) Pets are allowed under certain conditions and after validation of your request for a fee. A breakfast prepared by our pastry chef can be provided for an additional fee; please request it between 24 and 48 hours in advance. Note that various events can take place at the same time as your stay on the estate: a ball under the hall, a yoga class in the middle of the apple trees, a flea market in a corner of the field... Participation is possible, to be discussed directly with the on-site facilitator. We therefore invite you to consult our activity program on our website. Other things to note Other things to note Naumad is a place dedicated to art; music, dance festivals, stays related to well-being and culture are regularly provided; this is why you have, upon request and conditions, the possibility of benefiting from a yoga class, a dance class or even a meal, breakfast or brunch (our caterer is often on site). Throughout July and August, enjoy entertainment almost every evening: Latino evening on Saturday, karaoke on Friday, drinks and games on Tuesday...
