Independent studio in the heart of the Naumad estate, surrounded by nature. Access to outdoor areas, terraces, swimming pool (depending on the season), and a large garden with trees. On-site parking. 1.5 hours from Paris by train or 2 hours by car. A peaceful space dedicated to nature stays and cultural experiences. Activities, classes and events available depending on the programme. The space > STUDIO < • 1 space including 3 beds, a bench seat, armchairs, a table, a hanger with hangers, storage shelves • 1 kitchenette with filter coffee maker, mini refrigerator, sink, stove, dishes • Entry and exit via the veranda communicating with the main house > SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS < • You will have a bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 x 200), 2 single beds (90 x 200), 1 to 2 extra beds, and a private bathroom (shower) and toilet. Extra single bed supplement: €30 (2 beds possible). • Linens and hand towels provided > EXTERIORS < • 2.3 hectares of grounds • 2 terraces of 60 m2 with outdoor furniture • 1 heated swimming pool measuring 40 m² (towels not provided) open from May to September, with terrace, garden furniture, bar and outdoor shower • 1 hot tub (extra charge & towels not provided) from October to April • 1 BBQ grill (charcoal and drinks not provided) • 3 lawn gardens • 1 pond • 2 parking spaces for a total of 20 cars NOTE: We are pleased to inform you that a Labrador, a guide dog, accompanies our team and stands out for its kindness and calm. Guest access Guest access By car: 160 km and less than 2 hours from Paris. By train: 1 hour 10 minutes from Bercy station + 30 minutes by taxi from Nogent-sur-Vernisson station. Other nearby stations: Montargis, Joigny. For electric vehicles, a terminal is located near the Champignelles Town Hall. Self check-in, the entrance is via a lockbox. Other things to note Other things to note Naumad is a place dedicated to art; music, dance festivals, stays related to well-being and culture are regularly provided; this is why you have, upon request and conditions, the possibility of benefiting from a yoga class, a dance class or even a meal, breakfast or brunch (our caterer is often on site). Throughout July and August, enjoy entertainment almost every evening: Latin night on Saturday, karaoke on Friday, drinks and games on Tuesday...
