A lovely home in a quiet Wiltshire village set in beautiful English countryside. With a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and spacious bedroom, it offers the ideal base for a short (or long) break in the South West. World Heritage site, Stonehenge, is just 22 minutes away and many other tourist attractions are within an hour's drive. Great for cyclists and walkers as well as holidaymakers. Supermarket 3 minutes away, as well as 2 takeaways and 2 pubs with restaurants. The space On arrival guests will find a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc. For further supplies the local Co-op is just three minutes away. Although the home is well equipped for self-catering, for those who prefer to let others do the cooking, the beautiful 17-century thatched village pub is 250 meters away and offers first class lunches and dinners and, of course, a selection of great beers. Easterton is set in some of Wiltshire's finest scenery and offers many great walks in the surrounding countryside. The famous Wessex Ridgeway runs past, just a few hundred meters from the house with fantastic views stretching to the hills beyond Bath and, of course, the nearby Salisbury Plain. Wiltshire is famous for its 'White Horses' carved into the chalk hills, visible from many places around Easterton.
