Two bedroom holiday home, on Sandringham Chase at Patrington Haven Leisure Park, a short walk to the fishing lake and play park. The holiday home has a great outdoor space, with private parking, large, enclosed garden, decking to the front and side and a hot tub. The space The holiday home has a modern kitchen/diner with everything you need to enjoy a self catering stay and a dining area with bench seating for four. The lounge has a corner sofa, an armchair, a 40” smart TV, coffee table and an electric fire for cosy winter nights in. French doors lead out on to the front decking. There are two bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and an en-suite toilet, the second bedroom has two twin beds and there is an additional shower room off the hall. The outdoor space is fantastic with private parking, a large enclosed garden, with picnic table, decking to the front and side of the property and hot tub. There are security cameras at the property covering the entrance and driveway. Guest access The whole holiday home, garden and hot tub is for the private use of the guests. Other things to note The hot tub will be checked daily. Beds are made up for arrival. Please bring your own towels.
