When using the parking area, please check your surroundings carefully and take care when parking. [If anyone in your group smokes, please refrain from making a reservation] Sorry, smoking is not allowed—inside the house, in front of the house, or anywhere on the property. If anyone in your group is a smoker, I kindly ask that you do not book, as it would not be comfortable for them. Please read the following points before booking: As this is not a newly built house, you may notice some wear and tear on the fixtures. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and well-maintained. The bathroom and washroom are small, and the bathtub is compact. This place may not be suitable for guests looking for a spacious bath. As this is in a rural area, you may encounter spiders or other insects. We use repellents as much as possible, but we can’t completely eliminate them. Thank you for your understanding. To make your stay comfortable, please follow the rules below: No smoking or open flames anywhere inside or outside. If smoking is found, you may be asked to leave immediately. Out of consideration for our neighbors, please avoid making phone calls or having long conversations outside the house or in the nearby area. No shoes inside—please take off your shoes at the entrance. No pets allowed. Only registered guests are permitted. If non-guests are found entering (as checked via the security camera outside), an extra charge or request to leave may apply. No parties or events to prevent noise issues. As this is a residential neighborhood, please be considerate of neighbors, especially at night (9:00 PM–8:00 AM). Please close windows and keep noise down during these hours. Please respect the check-out time. If you check out late, a fee of 2,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged to cover cleaning company standby costs. Bath and face towels: one of each is provided per guest. Please do your own cleaning and laundry during your stay. All items are for in-house use only; please do not take them outside. If anything is lost or damaged (including keys), please cooperate with replacement or repair. For example, you will be responsible for the actual cost of making a spare key if lost. We kindly ask that you turn off the electricity and air conditioner when you check out or go out for a long time. For stays of three nights or more, the host may enter during your stay to collect trash or perform cleaning. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any other requests, please ask in advance!
