Nestled in the picturesque Cotswolds village of Draycott—just moments from Blockley, this wonderfully light and airy modern family home offers a peaceful countryside escape. Designed to comfortably sleep four guests, the property features a spacious king bedroom and a double room. Guests can unwind in the sunlit sunroom or step out into the private garden to take in the serene, sweeping views of the surrounding hills. For complete peace of mind, there is off-road parking for two vehicles. The space Welcome to my lovely home, set in peaceful Draycott, with amazing countryside views and lovely walks right on your doorstep, and only a 20 minute walk to picturesque Blockley. Upon entering the property, you'll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen to your left. Complete with a gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and ample storage space, it has everything you need for a seamless stay. Moving through to the rear of the house is the expansive living area, featuring plenty of plush seating and a smart TV for cozy movie nights. From here, doors open into a bright sunroom—the ultimate spot to unwind with a good book. Step further outside to discover the private garden, where a gentle stream flows at the edge of the lawn, framed by stunning countryside views. Outfitted with outdoor furniture, it’s the perfect setting for an evening drink or an al fresco family meal. Heading up to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with king size and other with double size bed, which also has a dedicated workspace. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. There is also the family bathroom, with overhead shower. There is private off-road parking to the side of the property for up to 2 cars. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. One small well behaved dog is allowed on request. Please give details when making your booking, to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30, added to the booking price. Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden. Cot and High chair can be arranged charge £25 for both or £15 for one. Please note, following heath and safety guidance we do not provide bedding. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, including the enclosed private garden. Other things to note As this is my primary home, my car will sometimes be parked in the drive (but still giving two guest spaces), and some items in the kitchen, which will label accordingly.
