Guest access The entrance to the property is located to the left of the stairs leading from the main entrance. A staircase leads down to the apartment entrance (see the red-marked path in the listing photos). There are enough, unassigned parking spaces on the property in front of the house. Please note that four parking spaces are reserved for other residents and must be kept free. Other things to note no pets, no partys, no loud music, no smoking
