New and modern cabin with a view

Lean back in this modern cabin from 2019 on Aurdalsåsen, with high standard and good solutions. Large window surfaces provide plenty of light and views of the mountains on the horizon and the nearby forest edge. Large terrace with lots of space The cabin is located at about 980 meters above sea level, in a snow-safe area and with ski slopes right outside the door (starts 150m behind the cabin, short walk along the road). It is possible to get to and from the alpine slope without a car. Beautiful mountain terrain summer and winter and opportunities for cycling on nice trails. The view from the cabin is towards the Hemsedal mountains in the west and towards Valdres and Golsfjellet in the south. Within walking distance from the cabin there is a nice bathing jetty (Rudstøltjernet). 4 bedrooms with 10 beds with private TV room on the loft (no TV package or Wi-Fi installed). 2 of the bedrooms are on the loft (190 cm at the highest point). There are two great bathrooms on the 1st floor where one bathroom has an adjacent sauna. Large and spacious living room with open kitchen solution. Large fridge and separate, small freezer next to it. There are 8 dining chairs around the table, but can be combined with chairs from the terrace and thus accommodate 10 people. The hallway has plenty of hooks and shelves for storage. In a separate storage room there is a washing machine and dryer, drying facilities for shoes and hangers for skis, as well as plenty of extra space to hang jackets and other items. This has an entrance both from the inside and outside of the cabin. The cabin has parking for 3 cars, as well as the possibility of parking in a private driveway. Additional information: The cabin is used privately and is only rented to adult orderly people and families with children. Smoking and animals are not allowed (animals can be considered separately, please contact us). There are duvets and pillows for all beds. Mandatory cleaning fee when booking, NOK 2,000. Included: - Electricity and a bag of firewood (approximately). - Up to two charges of electric car (11 kW, Easee charging box, own cable must be brought) Additional_ - Jacuzzi can be used by appointment and an additional price of 2000,- for the stay. - Towels and bed linen can be rented for NOK 220 per set by appointment. Only rent for a minimum of 7 days. A little about the area: In summer and autumn, Snaufjellet is just nearby and there are opportunities for day trips on mountain hikes in the area around Beitostølen or further into Jotunheimen. There are opportunities to fish in several waters nearby. In the center of Aurdal there is a Kiwi open on Sundays, and there is a short way to Leira with a large selection of shops. There is also a multi-purpose hall with a climbing wall and a bicycle park in the surrounding area. Nearby is also Valdres tennis club with 2 clay courts. In Fagernes there are several offers, including a swimming pool and cinema. Down in the valley, scenic to Aurdalsvannet, is Valdres Golf - one of Norway's most beautiful golf courses. This has a 9-hole course with 18 tees. Guest access The whole cabin is available, except for a small storage room inside where we store private things. In addition, the use of the jacuzzi is reserved for a separate agreement with an additional price of NOK 2,000 per stay.
