Great en-suite Superking attic rm nr Malvern hills
Description
Your comfy super-king bed awaits you at the top of my house. You have your own shower/loo & access to other areas of the house. My period home is a few minutes walk from Malvern Link station. There are plenty of amenities, an award-winning pub (the Nag’s Head) over the common & it's just a few minutes’ drive to Great Malvern, its infamous hills, the theatre and the 3 Counties Showground, making this an ideal place to access plenty of great countryside or Worcs, Chelt & the Cotswolds beyond. The space My home is a three-floored Victorian Terrace on a nice, quiet road, with free parking, several minutes walk from Malvern Link Train station. Your room at the top of the house (the stairs are steepish) includes a Super King sized bed, with gorgeously comfortable mattress and bedding, encouraging you to sleep beautifully, an en-suite bathroom with loo + shower and lovely views looking up to the Malvern Hills. I look forward to hosting you and trying to make you feel as welcome as possible. Guest access Your bedroom comes equipped with an ensuite washroom, loo and shower, but you have full access to my bathroom on the first floor, in order to use its wc There’s also full access to my well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor (please see "other details to note" regarding my being a pescatarian) Full access to back garden during the day During your stay If I am around, obviously just ask if there's anything you require, such as recommendations for places to visit or anything house related - otherwise you can text me on my phone Other things to note If I am around there will be my lovely old dog "Honey"present too (see photo) she's quiet, impeccably behaved and even those not fond of dogs adore her. You're most welcome to use the sitting rm/tv if I am not around. Suitable for one or two adults only I am a pescatarian - so whilst I am happy for guests to eat what they like, it's preferable to me, if possible, that other meats such as beef or chicken aren't cooked in the kitchen. Also, the house holds smells really easily and I am very sensitive to scents, so I'd appreciate if you could avoid wearing strong perfumes or colognes during your stay ( the smell has a habit of lingering for days afterwards and makes me feel quite uncomfortable ). Thank you so much for understanding - I appreciate your consideration. LGBTQ+ inclusive
