Street entrance is across the Cebu Aeronautical Technical School. Co-working space and a cafe are available at the ground floor. A laundry shop is available across the condo. Soon to open at the ground floor is a 7Eleven convenience store and Rose pharmacy. The space Our property was set to operate with homey feel. It allows our guest to feel at home. We also added a Netflix account exclusive for our guests. Our dining table is extendable. Our sofa can be converted into a bed. The bed itself is a pull-out bed. It is because we want to welcome more guests to our unit although 4 guests per stay is ideal. Visitors are welcome, but encouraged not to sleep over. Only the registered guests are allowed to sleep overnight. Guest access Upon check-in, the receptionist will ask for the valid IDs and booking confirmation. One (1) access card will be provided to our guest/s.
