The apartment has one bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed, TV and seating area. The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer, mini oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle offers all the important kitchen utensils. A dining table with four chairs invites you to eat comfortably. The large bathroom with window and ground-level tiled shower is suitable for wheelchair users. The private garden area with furniture allows evening relaxation. Of course, bed linen and towels are included. We are happy to offer you the service and provide essential household items such as dishwashing liquid, cloths and tabs. Enjoy your vacation in our quiet, barrier-free apartment on the outskirts of Walkershofen/Simmershofen. The farm is located directly on a field and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The spacious garden area with comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger. We are also happy to welcome cyclists who take the Gaubahn or Hegereiter cycle path to our agricultural production company. We offer you a parking space for your bike.
