A private rental villa located on the quiet shores of a lake in a national park. ■ Spacious space Rent an entire mountain lodge of about 300 m², built on a plot of about 1000 m².The 9LLDK can accommodate up to 16 guests. ■ Location surrounded by lakes and forests It is a calm environment with a stream flowing in front of you and a lake and forest surrounding you. We renovated a historic building with a focus on design and comfort. ■ Sauna to revitalize in nature Please enjoy a relaxing time in nature while looking out at the lake and listening to the sound of the river. ■ BBQ and outdoor grill Use of fire is prohibited, but an electric grill, "LOGOS ELE-GRILL PRO", is provided.You can easily enjoy a meal outdoors without the need to start a fire using charcoal or firelighters. ■ Dogs welcome We also welcome stays with your dog. Relax with your family, friends, or dog in an environment surrounded by nature. ■ Surroundings that can be enjoyed all year round It is also close to Goshikinuma, Mt. Bandai, Lake Sohara, and Lake Hinohara. You can enjoy activities year-round, such as stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, and fishing in summer, and skiing at Nekomama Mountain and Grande Corno in winter. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - Bedroom 3: 1 single bed - Bedroom 4: 1 single bed - Bedroom 5: 2 single beds - Bedroom 6: 2 single beds - Bedroom 7: 2 single beds - Bedroom 8: 2 single beds - Bedroom 9: 2 single beds It can accommodate up to 16 people. * Please be sure to use only the number of beds for the number of people booked.If you use more beds than the number of people booked, you may be asked to pay an extra fee. □ About the sauna There is a sauna room on the B1 floor where you can enjoy nature. The sauna heater is made by Harvia in Finland and can be used by up to 5 people. When using the sauna, please do not leave flammable materials or hang towels on the sauna heater. To prevent breakdowns, please limit your use of the rice cooker to about 3 ladlefuls. Please use the cold water bath on the B1 floor. □ About the bath There are 2 bathrooms. Both are a bit compact, but they have hinoki cypress baths. □ About the TV and monitor TVs are installed in all rooms.You can also watch it on terrestrial television. There is also a large 55-inch monitor in the dining room on the B1 floor. ※ The monitor on the basement floor is compatible with Google TV, but there is no antenna. About the □kitchen There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, BALMUDA toaster, BALMUDA electric kettle, fridge freezer, and induction stoves. We also provide one BRUNO hot plate. Basic cookware and utensils are also available. * Please wash the cookware and dishes after use and return them to their original places. □Parking Parking is in a shared parking lot about 100 meters from the building. You can drive up to the front of the building, so please use it when unloading. Parking is available for 10+ vehicles. Also, please be sure to bring tire chains with you. □ Other Things to Note This facility is located in a natural environment. Depending on the season and weather, insects may appear inside and outside the building.We are doing our best to take measures, but we appreciate your understanding that this is part of the natural environment. Guest access Basically, the entire building is a private inn, but there is a private storage room on the 1st floor and 2 on the B1F, so please refrain from entering the areas marked "Staff Only No Entry". Please be sure to observe these rules to protect the neighborhood and the environment. □ About noise at night Our facility is located in a quiet natural environment, and there are neighbors living nearby. Please refrain from talking outdoors or using the veranda after 10 pm. Also, please refrain from loud music, loud conversations, or any behavior that causes noise, even indoors. If there are complaints from neighbors due to noise, trespassing, or nuisance behavior, we may report it to the police. □ Parking Please be sure to park your car in the designated parking lot, which is about 100 meters away from the building. Parking in front of the building, on the street, in front of neighboring facilities, or in front of other accommodation facilities is strictly prohibited. Please use the area in front of the building only when loading and unloading luggage. □ Regarding the prohibition of the use of fire The facility has a total ban on the use of fire, including BBQs that use fire, campfires, fireworks, charcoal, firewood, and gas burners. Please never do this, as there is a risk of fire or wildfire. In particular, the facility is located in a rich natural environment, and in the unlikely event of a fire, it could cause significant damage to the surrounding forests and neighboring homes. For safety reasons, bringing in or using any kind of fire is strictly prohibited. □ About handling trash in the national park The facility is located in Bandai-Asahi National Park. Littering is severely punished. In particular, please absolutely refrain from littering cigarette butts, as this can also cause a fire. To protect nature, please do not leave trash on the property, on the surrounding roads, in the parking lot, or in the neighboring areas. □ About No Smoking No smoking in the building. If you smoke, please do so only in designated areas. Please be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly and never throw them away. □ About fixtures It is prohibited to take home any items, including towels, toilet paper, and amenities. Please be sure to return the remote control and equipment to their designated places after use. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to equipment, we may charge the actual cost. □ Damage to facilities and equipment We may charge actual costs such as repair and cleaning fees if we find damage, stains, or tampering with facilities or equipment that significantly exceeds the normal range of use. □ About Bugs As this facility is located in a place rich in nature, insects may appear depending on the season. Insecticides are available, but please be aware in advance if you don't like insects. Please be sure to use the screens when opening the windows, especially at night. □ About the check-out time We may charge a penalty fee if you check out late. Please be sure to check out by the appointed time so that we can prepare for the next guest and clean. □ About using the sauna When using the sauna, please absolutely refrain from leaving flammable materials or hanging towels on the sauna heater. This may cause a fire or malfunction. Also, please limit your use of Rōryu to about 3 ladles, as it can lead to a malfunction of the sauna heater. □ About visiting in the winter During the winter period, snowfall and freezing occur. Please make sure you come by car with studless tires. Also, please be sure to bring tire chains with you in case of heavy snow or freezing. The facility is not responsible for any problems, accidents, or breakdowns caused by not having studded tires or not bringing a chain. □ About security cameras For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed in the outdoor area of the entrance and on the outdoor veranda.
