House FRANCO is the first two-room apartment encountered upon entering the building and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, with the possibility of a closing wall, kitchenette, and TV. The apartment is furnished in a very essential way but is fresh, practical, and in a panoramic area overlooking the bay of the port.
