Large apartment Vodolenka

Our large apartment is located on the historic Mühlenhof Vodolenka – in the middle of nature, absolutely quiet and perfect for those seeking relaxation. On about 100 m² there is space for up to 5 people, with a fireplace, sauna and hot tub to relax. The highlight: deer right in front of the window, many lovely farm animals, a private fishing pond, barbecue in the garden and free rental bicycles. Ideal for families, nature fans and anyone who just wants to take a deep breath. The space Vodolenka is a lovingly renovated vacation complex in a former 17th-century mill, situated in an idyllic and peaceful location. The property is nestled in a hilly landscape, just about 2 km (1.2 miles) from the historic town of Domažlice/Taus. Here, you can expect relaxation, nature, and plenty of space to unwind. In addition to the smaller apartments, there is also a spacious vacation duplex available in the outbuilding of the old mill, which was originally built around 1800 and completely renovated in 2002/03. This approximately 100 m² (1,076 sq ft), very well-equipped apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. On the 2nd floor is the living area, featuring a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m / 55 in), as well as a living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on this floor. On the 2nd floor, there is another bedroom with three beds and a children's bed. This makes the duplex ideal for families or larger groups. On the ground floor of the main house, there is a cozy living hall with a tiled stove, which creates a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere and can also be used by guests staying in the other vacation apartments. The offering is complemented by a small spa area with sauna and hot tub, which has been providing relaxing breaks since 2009. The area around Vodolenka is ideal for walks, hikes, bike rides. In winter, cross-country ski trails are nearby. The nearby town of Domažlice also offers cultural attractions, shopping, and dining options. Guest access Guests of the vacation apartment have exclusive access to the entire booked apartment, including bedrooms, living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the common area on the ground floor, there is an additional lounge with games and seating, as well as other leisure activities. From there, on the ground floor, a corridor leads to the laundry area, sauna, hot tub and gym. If you go up the stairs to the first plateau, you will reach the guest garden directly. There is a sandbox, a covered pavilion with a barbecue area and garden furniture, and the pool area. In addition, guests can use the large courtyard and garden area and the campfire area. Free bikes are also available. The fishing pond can also be used. Guests can find the correct key by the guest book in the common area. Parking is right in the yard. We ask all guests to respect the privacy of other vacationers. Access is limited exclusively to the booked accommodation and the common areas. Other things to note Annex – Sauna & Jacuzzi (common area) The wellness area with sauna and Jacuzzi is available to all guests of the Vodolenka and is shared. Both apartments can use this area by arrangement. Usage is billed on site: Sauna: € 10 per use (approx. 3 hours) Whirlpool: €3 per use Please leave the wellness area as you would like to find it yourself – clean and tidy. Sauna use and instructions The sauna is located at the end of the corridor in the common area on the ground floor. You can see whether the sauna is currently occupied by looking at the sign on the door. The sauna has several controls: Main switch for light and timer Additionally inside the sauna: stove control for setting time and temperature Please note: The sauna takes about 20 minutes to heat up. Towels and an infusion bucket are at your disposal. Please put the used towels back in the baskets provided. Important notes Please make sure that all settings are returned to their original state after use.
