This townhouse is a stone's throw away from the services and shops of Naucelle (A dynamic village of more than 2000 inhabitants). Public parking is in front of the cottage. On the ground floor: - A large living room with different open spaces: the fully equipped kitchen, a living room with two sofas, a TV and a stove, a dining area and a cozy area (games and books are at your disposal - ideal for a moment of calm or sharing). - A bathroom that includes shower, toilet and laundry area (washing machine, iron and ironing board...) - Access to the outside through a glass door Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms with beautiful parquet flooring: - Two large bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) - A semi-open bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A screen acts as a separation between the bedroom and the stairwell (see photo). Linens are not included. It is possible to rent them (€12 per bed) 🧺 The beds are made upon your arrival.
