Welcome to "La Nobleterie", located a few minutes from Beauval Zoo in the heart of the countryside. A peaceful setting where time seems to slow down, ideal for getting together and enjoying every moment to the fullest. You'll enjoy: - the large, quiet park - the play area (trampoline, swing, slide, ninja course, climbing dome) - the petanque court and the ping pong table - the hammocks for relaxing. Waking up to birdsong and the serenity of the place will do the rest. The space On the ground floor, you will find a living room including an equipped kitchen with a multifunction oven (traditional oven and microwave), a living room, a dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), as well as a toilet with a sink. Guest access Guests have complete access to the accommodation. The outdoor areas are shared with the other cottage, but each cottage has its own private terrace. Free parking on site. I personally greet guests upon arrival in order to show them the accommodation and answer any questions they may have. Other things to note Enjoy the many amenities available to enhance your stay: petanque court, play structure with slide, ping pong table, ninja course, climbing dome, hammocks and bicycles. A trampoline is also available from April 15 to September 30 (and beyond, depending on weather conditions). Enough to delight young and old! Bedding is provided and beds are made upon your arrival. Bathroom linen is not included, but can be offered as an option at a cost of €7 per person (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth). A little extra: A second gite, adjoining this one, can also be rented. It can accommodate up to 6 people, bringing the total capacity of the two cottages to 10 people. An ideal solution for reunions with family or friends.
