Enjoy your morning coffee on the front veranda with panoramic sea views, or unwind on the balcony with a glass of wine as the sun sets into the sea, with Mount Olympus in the distance. Inside, the two-floor townhouse features two comfortable bedrooms, both on the second floor, one with a double bed and a private terrace with sea view, and another with a bunk bed, and a private terrace with mountain view, two full bathrooms with toilets, one on each floor, and a large living room and kitchen on the ground floor, with brand new dishwasher, washing machine and fridge, making it ideal for families or a small group of friends. The bright, airy interiors and cozy atmosphere create a truly restful stay. Guest access The entire home is for your private use during your stay. There is a baby crib available at request. Parking is private and free in front of the house, with a covered designated parking spot. The veranda just outside the house is very spacious and private; each of the 6 townhouses features a private yard as well as a large shared yard, which feels very private as well due to its huge size. The sea is just 500 meters away, 7 minutes walking distance, perfect for a morning walk or dip, while the best beaches in the area, including Nea Skioni, Possidi, Loutra, Paliouri and Glarokavos, are only a few minutes' drive —offering soft sand, crystal-clear waters. The area has a really rural feel, with limited 3g signal, allowing you to fully connect with nature. The house itself and the private garden has a strong and stable WiFi connection of 300mbps high speed Starlink internet. The house is located a short distance from the authentic, unspoiled fishing village of Nea Skioni, where you’ll find fresh daily catch, charming tavernas, and the warm hospitality of local life, as well as culture - the village hosts live traditional music and dance events throughout the whole summer almost every weekend.
