Our modern Mediterranean villa of 150 sq m with a breathtaking view of the sea and Brijuni islands is situated in a small fishing town Fažana, in Istria. An ideal place for an family unforgettable vacation. The unique feature of this house is a connection between modern and Mediterranean interior decoration that gives warmness of living. Extra clean. The villa is situated on a 1000 sq m lot with cultivated Mediterranean plants. Behind the house is a terrace with sofas, a big swing, a big barbeque on wood, a sink with dishes, and a table with chairs for 8 so you can enjoy cooking and dining outside. There is an outdoor shower, best for use after a sea swim. Chilling on a bamboo arbor in the evening is recommended. The ground floor is special because the living room, dining room, kitchen, and terrace are one large space where you and your friends can rest, watch TV, eat, and prepare food communicating with each other at the same time. The living room has a large flat TV with sat. There is an extendable sofa. The kitchen has a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and toaster....it's fully equipped. On the ground floor is one sleeping room for 2 people with a bathroom. Downstairs is a also toilet for all guests. The other two rooms are located on the first floor - one room is for a couple (king-size bed) and the second room has one king-size bed and an additional sofa for two (altogether 4 people). Great for four kids, but also adults. Each room has its own bathroom, TV satellite, and air-conditioning. One of the rooms has a terrace with a sea view. Fažana, the meeting place of guests, and friends from all over the world has preserved the distinctive features of the setting and local tradition. The town is situated in the vicinity of ancient Pula, the port of departure for the Brijuni Islands – the national park with the attributes of “Heaven on Earth” – with its beaches, pine woods, waterfront promenades, restaurants along the sea, the perfect place for rest and recreation. This town is known through on its everyday happenings like creative workshops, gastro offers, antic demonstrations, selling homemade products, music festivals..... Guest access The closest supermarket and other shops, post office, exchange office, bank, and pharmacy are located 500 meters from the villa. Bars and the restaurant with traditionally prepared food can be found in the immediate vicinity. The beaches can be found all around the area, the closest being 300 meters but within walking distance. Bikes are welcome and by bike one can reach a beach in a maximum of 5 minutes.
