The apartment offers ample space, comfort, natural light and all the amenities necessary for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Teramo. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and all 4 balconies. The outdoor courtyard, which can be used as a parking lot for up to 3 cars, is also for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is designed to ensure maximum privacy, comfort and freedom of movement throughout the stay. Other things to note The cleaning fee of €50 applies only for one-night stays; for longer stays, cleaning is included in the price. Parking: the apartment is located on a narrow slope to access the courtyard/parking lot. For the first time, we recommend proceeding with caution or, if you prefer, park temporarily on Via Cavour and walk up to comfortably assess the possibility of parking. Once you are familiar with it, access to the parking lot is simple. • Use of the house: the entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, including all 4 balconies.
