You may also use the designated outdoor seating area and the free on-site parking. Please note that this booking is for one unit only. Other loft units within the property may be occupied by different guests unless booked exclusively. For privacy and security, access is limited to registered guests only. As with most neighborhoods, occasional ambient sounds may be present. 👥 Guests & Rates Our rate includes 1–4 guests. Guests 5–8 are charged an additional ₱800 per person, which is automatically added to the reservation total. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, only registered guests are allowed, and occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property. ⏰ Same-Day Booking Cut-Off Time Same-day bookings are accepted only until 5:30 PM. After that time, we are unable to accept new bookings. ⚠️ Loft Safety Information Our loft unit has an open staircase and an elevated sleeping area with safety railings. Child safety gates aren't installed. Families with infants or young children are welcome, but children must be closely supervised. 🧳 Lost Items Guests are responsible for their belongings; management is not liable for lost or missing items.
