In the heart of the Village of Milly-la-Forêt and its tourist gems and a few beats of the wings of the Forest and the iconic climbing spots of the Fontainebleau massif. The Terrace of Mimi-Z is a nice studio for 2 people completely renovated that offers you in addition to the proximity to shops, a nice terrace and a neat decoration so that your stay is the promise of a unique break! The space Nestled in the heart of the Gâtinais Français Regional Natural Park, La Terrasse de Mimi-Z is a little gem that has been fully renovated to combine authenticity and modernity. The property is located 90m from the historic Halle and its many mouth shops. Arrive at the village of Milly, you will find plenty of parking spots in the city. The studio is on the 1st floor of a building in the historic center of Milly. Its plus is obviously its terrace, which is green all year round :) and enjoys calm, away from traffic, but also its independent and direct access to the city center. Upon entering your home, you will be seduced by its neat decoration. The optimized volumes offer you a very pleasant living room open to the terrace that combines living room, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a glass-ceramic hob of 2 fires, a combined oven, a dishwasher and most of the small appliances such as filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle... not to mention of course the dishes and kitchen utensils to make your meals beautiful tasty brackets around the bar or on the terrace. The dining area has 2 high chairs around a bar. The sleeping area is a breeze: a sofa with a pull-out bed turns into a 140 double bed for an instant. In a matter of seconds, the bed becomes a couch again for the living room to return to its place. The space comes with a flat screen. The terrace offers you 2 Chileans for your gentle awakenings or your well-deserved end of the day...and a table and 2 chairs for your meals. A bright fully renovated shower room with single sink, hanging toilet. Very special care is taken on the quality of bedding and linens that meet hotel standards for absolute comfort. The House is equipped with WIFI. Guest access You will have access to all the amenities that make up the accommodation. Access to the studio is via a common staircase that allows access to the studio and an office. Other things to note To confirm your booking, please read the rules and check-in and check-out instructions. You will stay in Mélanie and Jean-Charles' apartment. Mimi-Z promotes sustainable practices :) and the cocooning of our guests! Some information is necessary for the smooth running... thank you in advance for your understanding: Your welcome and the handover of the keys will take place in the premises of the Conciergerie de Nadège in Milly-la-Forêt between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. or independently after this time. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and let us know if you are late on the day. All this allows us to welcome you in the best conditions. Before your arrival, we will send you your welcome booklet which is full of useful information about your accommodation and good addresses :) The inventory of the accommodation is in the welcome booklet. You will have 24 hours to report any failure or problem. You can request a cleaning service and a change of bed linen and towels during your stay. The cost will be at your expense, but if you want this service, don't hesitate.
