The space The apartment is equipped with: a kitchenette with a snack counter for breakfast, a living room with an extendable table, a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a double single/double bed if necessary, and a bathroom with a large shower. Outdoor veranda with laundry corner, and balcony on double bedroom. Guest access The apartment on the second floor is fully usable. Other things to note At each change of guests, I personally take care of the washing in the washing machine at 90° with detergent and sanitizer, both of the bath and bed linen. In addition, I take care of the complete change of each mattress cover and pillowcase, covered with jersey and a lower layer in waterproof fabric, also sanitized at 60° in the washing machine.
