Built in the late 1800's, Nursery Cottage has been lovingly designed to offer luxury and comfort; the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, whilst exploring everything Leicestershire has to offer. The space Upon entering Nursery Cottage, you will be instantly greeted by the stylish living room, the hub of the home. Rich in Victorian character, you will instantly feel welcome and at home and ready to start exploring the local area. Not ready to head out just yet? That’s ok. Let yourself sink into the conformable sofa with cup of tea or glass of wine and let the world go by. Or why not head down to the bottom of the garden and make yourself comfortable whilst listening to the birds singing away. Whether you’re a seasoned chef, or prefer something quick and easy, the fully equipped kitchen will make preparing meals super easy. You will find everything you need to ensure that you and your guests have everything you need at your fingertips. The master bedroom features a characterful double bed, whilst the guest bedroom offers a sofa bed. Both beds benefit from premium, hotel grade linens, owing to a blissful, and relaxing night’s sleep. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage, so you can be sure to benefit from a clutter-free space during your stay. (please note that the sofa bed will not be made up if only 2 guests are staying. If you would like the sofa bed made up, please message directly prior to arrival) The guest bedroom also features a dedicated workspace in order to ensure that you can remain connected if necessary. In the bathroom, you will find elegant fixtures, with an emphasis on luxury and convenience. After a long day exploring the countryside, why not relax in the roll-top bath, and let warmth of the water carry away the stresses of everyday life into the past, while you rejuvenate and revitalise. Whilst Nursery Cottage does not benefit from private car parking, there is ample of free on-street parking on Station Road (less than 1 minute walk) or free car parking in the public car park nearby. We recommend driving up to the front door to unload your belongings, before going to park your car, to ensure that unloading your bags and belongings will be easy and straightforward. A cot and high chair are available on request but please note bedding is not provided for the cot.
