The home serves as an ideal base from which to discover the Peloponnese. The famous hot springs of Kaifas lake are a 10' drive. Zacharo beach, which is also a 6-7' drive, is part of a 80km stretch of beautiful sandy beaches that stretch across the west coast of the Peloponnese and overlook the Ioanian sea. The birthplace of the Olympic games, Ancient Olympia, is only a 30' drive away. Other ‘must-see’ historical sites are the Temple of Apollo Epicurious and Ancient Messini, both about a 1hr drive. To the south, the waterfalls of Nedas, a 45' drive away, offer spectacular scenery to those who want to combine adventure with nature.
