The detached holiday home Inselnest consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. So you can spend your vacation spatially separated from each other, yet on the same property and in the immediate vicinity. The large apartment has about 117 m² and three bedrooms. It has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and now offers enough space for six people. On the ground floor is the open living room with dining table and fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen with oven and all amenities, as well as the guest toilet. The stairs lead to the upper floor. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. The windows can be darkened and are equipped with mosquito protection. Also on this floor you will find the large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The smaller of the two apartments with 55 m² can be reached via the second entrance. It is ideal for four people and therefore for children who already want to live alone or grandparents, for whom retreat options are important on vacation. On the ground floor, the apartment is equipped with a small kitchen including a dining table, the daylight bathroom with shower and the living room. From there, you can reach the upper floor via a narrow space-saving staircase (only one foot per step possible). Attention, the stairs are very steep. On the first floor there are the two bedrooms and a small toilet. The spacious garden of about 1000 square meters can be used. Each apartment has its own terrace with a grill and parasol. One dog is allowed in the large apartment. The small apartment is rented exclusively without four-legged friends, as carpeting is laid throughout the apartment. Several cars can be parked in the courtyard. Part of the garage is available as a storage space for your bikes. The apartments can only be booked as a unit, not separately from each other.
