In the town of Santanyí, about 4 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through typical Mallorcan alleys and browse the numerous tasteful boutiques or the weekly market. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled, and you are guaranteed to find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones at home. You will also find larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs here. This idyllic holiday home offers space for up to 5 people and is equipped with comfortable amenities. The Beach House offers three cosy bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed (135 cm x 190 cm). The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In the third bedroom, a cosy single bed awaits you. Each of these rooms is lovingly furnished and ideal for families or friends who want to share the house. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower where you can revitalise after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings. An outdoor shower is also available for an outdoor experience. The spacious living and dining area impresses with its open design and offers space to spend shared moments. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. The couch and dining table create an inviting atmosphere for shared meals and relaxed evenings. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the bay and the sea. Here you can enjoy meals at the outdoor table or simply let the spectacular view sink in. The roof terrace with sun loungers invites you to sunbathe and relax and offers you another place to admire the magnificent surroundings. Here, a dreamlike environment awaits you that will provide you with unforgettable memories. What is in the apartment? Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. The toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us. Important! According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in these cases.
