About the Space Our Airconditioned Room is designed to provide a relaxing yet adventurous experience in the heart of Mendez’s lush landscapes. The rooms are spacious and simple but thoughtfully furnished, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Here’s what you can expect: ✅ Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements – Enjoy a restful night with beds, fresh linens, and pillows. We offer a combination of QUEEN and double size sofa bed, ensuring a cozy setup for your group. ✅ Modern yet Nature-Inspired Interiors – Our space features a minimalist rustic design that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. We encourage responsible tourism to help preserve the beauty of Tagaytay. - We will request for a valid ID prior to your check in and will attach it to our authorization letter. Kindly cover birthdate and gender for security purposes -unfortunately, we cannot keep your luggage for early arrival guest as we don’t have storage room -we will only disclose unit no. on the day of your arrival for security purposes. -nightly rates are already discounted. Due to high cost of laundry washing, extra towels and hand towels are available for rent P100each; -please respect the unit and the owner/host, as this is not a business, but we are sharing our vacation home to our guest for a cheaper price so you can focus on more delightful things to do in Metro Manila. Important House Rules & Fees: Check-in: 3:00 PM (until 5:00 PM) Check-out: 11:00 AM Additional fees upon approval: -Early check-in (12PM–1 PM): ₱500/hour -Late check-out (11 AM–12PM): ₱500/hour -check-in beyond allowed hours (5PM–5AM): ₱800 -Parking: FREE/day -Smoking penalty: ₱20,000 -Lost key: ₱2,500 -🔑 If the key is accidentally left inside the room, a ₱2500 fee will apply to cover transportation and time for retrieval. -one time set up of bone fire is free of charge, and a minimal fee for extension of ₱600 (During rainy weather, we refrain from having a bonfire as it is not advisable) Other policies: -No pets (unless approved by host) -No candles (decorative only) -No smoking/ vape inside the unit / villa -Weekly cleaning required for 15 days of stays ₱1250 Bedsheet stain removal: ₱5,000-₱10,000 No short-time stays (less than 12 hrs = 1 night) Disclaimer: 1. We shall prepare a clean and fresh bath-towels and bedsheet upon arrival. Extra fees for additional towels, additional bedsheets applies. 2. Our caretaker will gladly assist you upon arrival and will walk you through our simple house rules. We kindly ask for your understanding that, as this is an Airbnb, their role is limited to guest assistance and property concerns. 3. Please be advised in case of a water / power outage or weak internet connection this unforeseen situation is beyond our control. Additionally, once power is restored or internet connection please note that it may take some time for full electricity to return to all units, as the Villa is a sizeable property and power cannot be reinstated instantly.
