Cosy Flat, 10m drive to Cork City Centre

This cosy one-bed flat is conveniently nestled in the suburban outskirts of Cork City at just a 7 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or a quick 10-minute drive to the lively city center. With plenty of on-site parking, it’s the perfect spot for a comfortable & hassle-free stay near Cork City. The space The space offers a comfortable double bedroom & a bright open living area with a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking, relaxing, or just unwinding after a day out. Guest access Just a quick note — this is my home, so you’ll notice some of my belongings around as hidden storage is a bit limited. You’ll have your own designated space for your things: the top drawer of the locker, the top drawer of the tallboy/chest of drawers, a row on the shoe rack, and some hangers on the clothes rail. Please make yourself at home and feel free to use any toiletries or sanitary items in the bathroom, as well as the hairdryer in the bedroom. The kitchen is yours to use — feel free to enjoy any tea, coffee, sugar, spices, condiments, or dilute juice you find for mixing with water. The only exception is the alcohol, which I’d appreciate being left as is - there’ll be a small fee if any bottles are opened or disturbed.— thanks so much for understanding! Other things to note There’s a sensor light along the side path as you come in — it can be a little temperamental, so it might need a quick wave to switch on. There’s also another light above the back door. Smoking isn’t allowed indoors. If you do smoke outside, please make sure the door is fully closed behind you, and place any cigarette ends in the waste bin at the side of the house — just be sure they’re completely out first.
