Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the property Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and entertainment for the whole family. Double garage + street parking, convenient for multiple cars. Private courtyard, sunbathing, outdoor relaxation. Close to Woolworths, Costco, IKEA and Marsden Brewery, shopping and food are easily accessible. Not only is it quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors, but it also caters to the needs of multi-generational families, making it comfortable for both the elderly and children. No smoking: No smoking in the apartment; if evidence of smoking is found in the apartment, you will be charged for steam cleaning or other odor removal procedures, with a minimum fee of $200. 2. No unauthorized pets: If you bring a pet without informing us, we will charge you a minimum cleaning fee of $500. 3. No parties: If we find you having a party in the apartment, we may charge you a $500 cleaning fee and a $3,000 penalty from the deposit, and you will be evicted from the property. 4. Noise levels need to be kept at an appropriate level between 9pm and 7am. We may expel you from the noise complaint. If we receive a stratified noise complaint letter, we may deduct a $1,000 fine from your deposit. 5. If any accident occurs due to your fault, you will be charged for calling the fire department, ambulance or police station. 6. Only 1 key and key fob are provided per booking. We will consider your request for an additional key, but may not be able to provide it. If you lose your key or key fob, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the key, key fob, remote control, and re-keying. 7. Late check-out fees will be charged per hour. 8. We always take photos before arrival, and we will deduct the corresponding fees in case of any damage/theft. 9. We provide you with initial consumables, but we will not refresh/replenish them during your stay. 10. We are not responsible for any loss of property. However, if you leave an item in the apartment after checking out, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to return the item at your expense. 11.
