Nestled in a charming 1930s residential house, we invite you to enjoy sight of the iconic Cathedral of the Holy Spirit and surrounding rooftops from the comfort of the living room, all while staying conveniently close to local cafes, bakeries, and public transport. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, the apartment’s location strikes the perfect balance between city access and residential tranquility. City center just a walk away! The space The property is located near a park, on the 3rd floor of a historic building. Please note: there is no elevator in the building. After entering, you will find a hallway, and 2 large rooms -- kitchen, and a living room, which also includes the bed. Bed is 160x200, with an extendable 80x200 module for the 3rd guest. There is also a comfortable sofa and both rooms are equiped with blinds and curtains. Together with a large dinning table and a washing machine, the property is well suited for short and long stays alike. Wi-fi is available (free of charge). In case of any questions about the property or equipment, please feel free to leave us a message. Guest access Primary: A lady will await you and check you in. Please, have your ID and cash for city-tax ready (40 CZK per adult per night). Secondary: Alternatively (or in emergency), you may also collect the keys anytime from a lock-box located on a fence of our private house - 10minutes walking, or 2minutes by car in Gebauerova street. The key-box can be access from the street and is marked "No. 14". For PIN: let us know in advance via the portal, or listed mobile phone number, and we will give out the code Check-out: You simply leave your keys on the kitchen table before leaving.
