Our old-fashioned atmosphere blends harmoniously with modern amenities. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the station and bus stop. There are plenty of parking spaces within a 7-minute walk, so you don't have to worry about where to park your car. Close to shops, cafes, bars and other infrastructure. We are waiting for you! The space The two-storey house consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a study and a terrace. One bedroom has a double bed 135 cm wide, and the other has two beds 90 cm wide. The living room has a large fold-out sofa. The office has a desk for convenient work. All bedrooms and office have wardrobes for storing clothes and luggage. On the second floor in the living room and bedroom there are 2 powerful air conditioners that easily cool the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, induction hob, hood, coffee maker and microwave. The house is equipped with high-speed WI-FI. The house has a laundry rack, iron, ironing board. Guest access The house is completely at the disposal of the guests, it is two-storey, there is no elevator. Other things to note The house is forbidden to smoke in any room except the terrace.
