Since we use solar energy and battery systems, we kindly encourage guests to conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. For your convenience, the listing includes two dedicated parking spaces at no additional cost. ​To maintain the tranquility of the environment, no parties or activities are permitted unless previously notified and accepted by the owner. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are only allowed with prior authorization and an additional fee. An extra guest fee applies after two guests.
