Its location is ideal for exploring the region, being just 20 minutes from historic Córdoba, one hour from vibrant Seville, and approximately an hour and a half from Málaga. We have excellent connections that make it easy to travel. The space An interior designed for your comfort and enjoyment Our house welcomes you with a spacious and bright interior, where every corner is designed for your comfort. On the ground floor, a large hall connects you to a main living room that has a comfortable sofa area and a dining area. The second living room is perfect for enjoying leisure time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need (fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, additional freezer, and a large pantry), allowing you to prepare meals just like at home. You also have a practical bathroom with a shower on this floor, and for longer stays, a washer and dryer for your total convenience. For cooler evenings, the main living room features a cozy fireplace and a TV with internet access. To beat the heat, the house has air conditioning in the two living rooms on the ground floor and in the four bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as additional evaporative coolers for an even more pleasant atmosphere. A private and spectacular exterior for your vacation The true gem of our house is its wonderful outdoor area. From the ground floor, you can access a private paradise with two charming terraces, a green garden, a refreshing private pool, and a solarium perfect for soaking up the Andalusian sun. This space is your private oasis to escape the heat, enjoy outdoor meals, read a book in the shade, or simply relax with your loved ones in complete privacy. Rest and privacy on the upper floor Go up the stairs to find the rest area. Here are the 4 bedrooms, carefully distributed, all with spacious closets and storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of peace, with its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the inner patios. The other three bedrooms are exterior, all with air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep. A second bathroom completes this floor. Both bathrooms, recently renovated, have windows to the outside for natural ventilation. Thoughtful for families If you are traveling with a baby, we make your stay easier.
