Casa Bole — rustic-chic attic with lake glimpse

Four balconies open onto shades of green and blue. A hammock to slow down time. Lake glimpses that appear and disappear between the trees. A whirlpool tub tucked beneath the wooden beams. Soft light and olive-green tones that blend with nature and warm the wood. Casa Bole is a rustic slow-chic home on two levels, with thoughtful details, a private double garage, and access to a large shared garden. The space Casa Bole unfolds over two levels, on the third and top (attic) floor of a small building surrounded by greenery, with a large shared garden where you can relax in the sun, enjoy a barbecue, read in the shade of the trees or let little ones play. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, lounge with double sofa bed, and three balconies — one furnished with a table for outdoor meals, a hammock for shady naps, and a small laundry room. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The master suite features a balcony with glimpses of the lake, a shower, and a whirlpool tub beneath the exposed wooden beams, while the second bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower. A convenient private garage for two cars is also available.
