Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Located in the village of Perivoli, this newly renovated 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment is fully equipped. Apartment is a short drive to Santa Barbara, Marathias and more beaches. Perivoli is a beautiful, traditional village located in the Southern heart of Corfu. Close to shops and neighboring villages as well as attractions including Corfu Town, Achilles Palace and more. Each bedroom has a double sized bed and air conditioning. The space The apartment is located in the village of Perivoli. It is about a 5-10 minute drive from local beaches including Santa Barbara, Marathias, Gardenos, Kaliviotis and more. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with TV, desk and sofa. A bathroom with shower and washing machine. A full kitchen with table for 6, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and all plates, and cups. Outside the apartment is a terrace with a table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Corfu weather. Parking is available on street for car, bike or motorcycle. Guest access The building is 2 floors. You will have full use of the first floor apartment and the terrace directly outside your door. Other things to note (1) There is a 8€ per night accompany tax that will be collected from you at the property before you check out. (2) Complimentary water, fruit, bread, coffee, and jam will be provided to you on your day of arrival. Additional groceries may be purchased for you in advance of your arrival for an additional fee. (4) Host can also arrange for local fishing trips or visit do the caves and beaches of Paxos. Inquire if interested. (5). There are 2 mini super markets, a bakery, butcher shop, coffee shop and restaurant all within walking distance. (6). Within a 5-10 minute drive, there are beaches, super markets, medical clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery and coffee shops. (7) Port of Lefkimmi is about a 15 minute drive from home. (8) Additional towels and linens are provided upon request. There is no daily housekeeping. For stays or 5 nights or more, a cleaning and exchange of towels will be provided.
